"One-at-a-time" Mental Health Service
You can walk in or call to make a ONE TIME appointment. You can repeat appointments but each one is treated separately; meaning you won't get a follow-up appointment with the same person. Appointments can be same day or in the future. There are four clinicians working at any given time waiting to see clients. They will assess if you're ok to see that service or if you need to see someone else. It can be a starting place to help you figure out what help you need or a "booster" if you've gotten therapy before and you need a reminder of the skills. Regardless, you will leave the appointment with a plan in hand. If you already have a therapist/counsellor you would be encouraged to reach out to your provider instead.
